Some cognition of UV Longpass Filters
UV Longpass Filters have a bandpass coating with a protective overcoat;
UV fused silica substrate;

UV Longpass Filters have a center wavelength in the ultraviolet (UV) spectrum aligned with wavelengths typically used as analytical spectral lines. These unmounted filters have a coating on the first surface, as well as a protective outer coating to prevent moderate wear. The simple construction of these filters provides greater environmental stability compared to traditional coated filters. UV Longpass Filters are designed for high transmission of ultraviolet light, as well as deep blocking of wavelengths from X-rays to far infrared (FIR), which are outside their narrow bandwidths. Typical applications include Raman spectroscopy and chemical spectroscopy.
