Cleaning of UV Longpass Filters Surfaces
All UV Longpass Filters are precision optics and should be handled with as much care as possible without touching the surface. If the surface of UV Longpass Filters is stained due to long-term use, it is recommended to clean it according to the following methods:

1. Use oil-free air or nitrogen with appropriate pressure to remove dust on the surface.
2. Put a dust-free finger cot on your fingers, soak the towel with absolute ethanol (or similar functional solvent), drag the edge of the towel soaked in ethanol, and move it in a single direction on the surface of the UV Longpass Filters. Use as light force as possible during the wiping process, too much pressure may damage the surface of the UV Longpass Filters. The purpose of using the solvent is to dissolve the sticky build-up in the UV Longpass Filters surface residue. Interference UV Longpass Filters surface film strength is not as good as the substrate. It should be foreseen that any cleaning may degrade the surface at a microscopic level.
