Cleaning of Bandpass Optical Filters Surfaces
All Bandpass Optical Filters are precision optical components and should be handled with as much care as possible without touching the surface. If the surface of Bandpass Optical Filters remains stained due to long-term use, it is recommended to clean it according to the following methods:

1. Use oil-free air or nitrogen with appropriate pressure to remove dust on the surface.
2. Put a dust-free finger cot on your fingers, soak the towel with absolute ethanol (or similar functional solvent), drag the edge of the towel soaked in ethanol, and move it in a single direction on the surface of the Bandpass Optical Filters. Use as light a force as possible during the wiping process, too much pressure may damage the surface of the Bandpass Optical Filters. The purpose of using the solvent is to dissolve the sticky buildup in the surface residue of the Bandpass Optical Filters. Interference Bandpass Optical Filters surface film strength is not as strong as the substrate. It should be foreseen that any cleaning may degrade the surface at a microscopic level.
